Irshadkhan Pathan co-founded iCommuneTech in 2014 with a strong background in Full Stack PHP Development, bringing 14+ years of experience in the web development and software engineering industry. Early in his career, he worked on logistics platforms, booking systems, and enterprise applications, which shaped his approach to architecting scalable backend systems, real-time features, and automation-driven solutions.

Over the past 11 years, Irshadkhan Pathan has led iCommuneTech through major product development initiatives, driving the successful delivery of multiple complex systems including Commute Logix (logistics system), RishtaForYou (matrimonial platform), IsATask (task management system), Coboma (salon booking system), and the KinderABC mobile app. He also built real-time tracking modules for logistics platforms and led the development of the Android app for KinderABC. He has been instrumental in building cross-functional development practices and shaping iCommuneTech’s long-term vision for web and mobile application engineering.

Today, Irshadkhan Pathan focuses on advancing scalable backend architecture, API-driven development, real-time communication systems, and serverless mobile app solutions and guiding enterprises through modernizing their platforms with efficient, high-performance PHP and Flutter-based systems. He regularly shares insights on logistics automation, real-time chat technologies, and backend system optimization, to help organizations adopt more scalable, reliable, and future-ready application architectures.
